Ingredients
4 servings
2 cupsSweet Potato & Black Bean Tacos filling

4tortillas
burrito-size, warmed

1 ¼ cupsred cabbage
finely shredded

¼ cupcilantro
chopped

Cilantro Sauce
Quick, Chimichurri

avocado
sliced

salsa
Instructions
Step 1
Warm the sweet potato and black bean filling
Sweet Potato & Black Bean Tacos filling2 cups
Step 2
Warm the tortillas according to the package directions. This will make it easier for rolling. Add 1/2 cup of the filling on the tortilla along with the cabbage, cilantro, and any other toppings as desired.





Step 3
Roll, then slice in half. Serve with reserved chimichurri sauce, if desired.
