4 burrito-size tortillas of choice, warmed

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Quick Cilantro Chimichurri Sauce

Instructions

Step 1
Warm the sweet potato and black bean filling

Step 2
Warm the tortillas according to the package directions. This will make it easier for rolling. Add 1/2 cup of the filling on the tortilla along with the cabbage, cilantro, and any other toppings as desired.
