Chicken noodle soup without the chicken. You can add rotisserie chicken in too if you want the protein added.

Ingredients
8 servings

1 bagwide egg noodles

2 cartonslow sodium chicken broth
organic

1 cartonschicken bone broth

1sweet onion
diced

1 stalkcelery
large, organic, chopped small

1 bagbaby carrots
organic, chopped

6 sprigsthyme
fresh

2 sprigsrosemary
fresh

2bay leaves

2 teaspoonsMinced garlic
jarred

1 tspitalian seasoning

olive oil

salt
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Add olive oil to large pot & cook minced garlic with the diced onion for a few min until softened
Step 2
Add carrots and celery & cook for a few min
Step 3
Add some bone broth., thyme, rosemary & bay leaves
Step 4
Add the rest of the broths and cook for 10 min or so to bring to boil
Step 5
Once broth is boiling taste test the carrots, they shouldn’t be crunchy but also not too soft.
Step 6
Taste broth and add more seasonings if needed (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.)
Step 7
Add in pasta & cook until al dente or taste test.
Step 8
Turn down heat and simmer if needed. Otherwise serve with fresh squeezed lemon and oyster crackers/saltines
