Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 9x13” pan.
Step 2
Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt, & baking soda in a large bowl.
Step 3
Add sour cream, butter, & eggs. Stir until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Pour Batter into prepared dish.
Step 5
Bake 30-40 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 6
(To make muffins, bake about 25 minutes.)
Step 7
Optional: serve with honey butter (1/2 honey, 1/2 butter).
