2 tspolive oil

0.5can pineapple chunks
reserve juice

½ tspginger

1 tsporange peel
heated

3 Tbspfresh orange juice

1 Tbsphoney

½ tspchili sauce

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspflour

1 Tbspwater

1orange
Peeled and sliced in partial cartwheels

1.5 Cbrown rice
cooked

3 Cstir fry vegetables

Instructions
Step 1
Cut up chicken, debone if desired, and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Step 2
Sauté in hot oil until well browned on all sides. Drain excess fat.
Step 3
Drain and reserve pineapple juice.
Step 4
Combine pineapple juice, ginger, honey, orange peel, orange juice, chili sauce, and soy sauce.
Step 5
Pour juice mixture over chicken. Simmer 40 minutes or until tender.
Step 6
Remove chicken, set aside.
Step 7
Mix flour and water together well. Stir mixture into pan drippings. Heat to boiling while stirring.
Step 8
Add in pineapple chucks and orange slices. Heat until the fruit is warm.
Step 9
Serve sauce over chicken with vegetables and rice.
