Step 1
Pour egg into pan with seasoning & cook. Lay tortilla wrap in pan on top of eggs. Using a plate flip over wrap and add back to pan. Using kitchen scissors or a knife carefully cut the egg wrap to the center. Add veggies & cheese of choice & fold accordingly to video. Continue cooking on low heat until both sides are a bit crisp & done to your liking.
