Instructions
Step 1
De-core the apple and cut into rings.
Step 2
Spread the peanut butter over each of the apple rings
Step 3
Mix together the flour, protein powder, egg and milk.
Step 4
Dip each ring into the pancake batter and cook over low-medium heat in a non stick pan. (If your frying pan isnt non stick add some oil)
