Ingredients

1 ½ cupsonion
minced
¼ cupolive oil
1 lbground beef
1 lbitalian sausage
2 clovesgarlic
minced
12 ozportabello mushrooms
fresh
1can black olives
medium
¼ cupparsley
minced
1 x 15.5 ozcan tomato sauce
1 x 28 ozcan crushed tomatoes
strained
2 tspsalt
½ tsppepper
¼ tspsugar
1 Tbspitalian seasoning
baking soda
1 cupdry red wine
1 lbspaghetti
sharp cheese
I, diced
parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Saute mushrooms until soft and set aside.
Step 2
Simmer onion in oil 5 min.
Step 3
Add ground beef, Italian Sausage and garlic and brown thoroughly.
Step 4
Add mushrooms, olives, parsley, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes and seasoning.
Step 5
Simmer 1 hour.
Step 6
Add wine and simmer an additional 1/2 hour.
Step 7
Cook spaghetti al dente'.
Step 8
To each helping place sharp cheese and sauce and parmesan cheese as desired.
