Honey Raisin Oats.

Simple overnight oats recipe. I soak them for 24 hours so they puff up really well. Soaking raisins with salt water helps remove different pesticides and other chemicals that have been sprayed on them. Honey should not be heated, that is why we wait a little before we add it to the oats post cooking.

Instructions
Step 1
Add oats to a bowl with water. Soak for 24 hours.
Step 2
When ready to eat, add enough water to submerge raising with a pinch of salt in a small container and shake. Let it sit for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Empty oats and the water they been soaking in into a small pot and cook on the stove, when they start to puff up empty into a bowl.
Step 4
Let the oats cook a bit, 3,4 minutes. Add Raising to the bowl and honey, stir and Serve.
