Step 1
Heat frying pan to medium heat. Grease pan with cooking spray. Chop bacon and add it to the pan. Cook 3 minutes, flipping occasionally. Add veggies and potatoes to the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add egg whites to the pan and scramble all together until the eggs are cooked through. Transfer to a plate and season with sea salt and pepper. Top with cheese and avocado.
