1 lbground lamb
¼ cupred onion
minced
2garlic cloves

1 teaspoonpink salt
himayan
1 teaspoonblack pepper

1 ½ teaspoonscumin

1 teaspoonoregano
Avocado Tzatziki
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Add all ingredients for the meatball to a large bowl. Using your hands, mix until well-combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Step 3
Form into round meatballs, roughly 1.5 inches wide. This will make 10-12 meatballs.
Step 4
Place onto a parchment lined rimmed baking sheet with a cooling cookie rake on top. Space the cookie rack with cooking spray.
Step 5
Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through on the inside.
Avocado Tzatziki Sauce
Step 6
Combine all avocado tzatziki sauce ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 7
Serve together
