Instructions
Step 1

1. Use a blender or electric mixer to whisk: Eggs, Vanilla extract, Vinegar, Sugar, and oil/butter together.
2. Grat 2 tbsp of Orange zest using (don't grat the white zest)
3. Squeeze 2.5 Oranges to have 1 cup of juice
4. Blend Orange juice and zest together for 1 minute.
5. Use a sieve to sift 2.5 cups of flour
6. Add 2 Tbsp of cornstarch to the flour
7. Add 1.5 Tbsp of baking powder to the flour
8. Add 0.5 tsp of salt to the flour
9. Use a blender to whisk all these ingredients together for 1-2 minutes, until the mix has the same consistency as Tahini sauce.
10. **If the mixture is too thick add water, milk, or orange juice.
11. **if the mixture is too flowy add more flour. 12. Preheat the oven to 350F.
13. Pour the mixture into a round tray and place it into the oven for 30 minutes.
14. **Take it out of the oven when a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. 15. **If the top is browning quickly while baking, cover loosely with aluminum foil. 16. Allow cake/cakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
