Instructions
Step 1
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.

Step 2
Add the green onions and minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the chopped kimchi and sauté for 2 minutes.

Pour in the broth and add gochugaru. Simmer for 2 minutes.


Step 5
Add the sliced tofu and gently crack in the eggs. Cook the eggs to your preferred doneness.


Step 6
Season the soup with fish sauce or soy sauce to taste.

Step 7
Garnish with extra green onions and a sprinkle of gochugaru before serving.
