Instructions

Step 1
Put all the ingredients except for coffee and water in a bowl.
Step 2
2. Dissolve instant coffee and water in a saucepan and pour into the bowl. 3. Whisk the batter until fluffy so that it becomes pipeable. 4. Pipe small balls onto baking paper. 5. Place in the fridge and let set. 6. Take out and let the balls become a little soft. 7. Form round balls and roll them in coconut.
