Ingredients

1onion
chopped

4garlic cloves
or what you prefer, minced
2 sticksMargherita Pepperoni
sliced

2cans crushed tomatoes

Garlic powder

Italian seasoning

salt
to taste
1can vegetarian beans

1 boxditalini pasta
Instructions
Step 1
1. Add a small amount of oil to a Dutch oven or thick bottom pot on medium high heat. Add chopped onion and pepperoni to pot. Cook down until pepperoni is browned on both sides, stirring occasionally. Add garlic, cook for a couple minutes.
Step 2
2. Once browned to preference, add two cans of crushed tomatoes, and two full cans of water to pot. Add seasonings and stir.
Step 3
3. Simmer on low heat for 45m to an hour. Once tomatoes are cooked, add beans and stir.
Step 4
4. Boil ditalini pasta and reserve enough pasta water to cover the pasta. Add pasta and reserved water to tomato sauce and serve.
