Step 1
In a big pot, add in clean beef bone, throw in 2-3 slices of ginger, cooking wine, Szechuan peppercorn and scallion. Pour in water ( about 3000ml) to cover beef bone. Bring to boil, simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Remove scallion, ginger and blood residue from the boil, transfer the broth to an instant pot or pressure cooker. Add in 2 slices of fresh ginger. Cook for at least one hour.
Step 3
Season broth with salt to taste, you may use this bone broth for any noodle or soup dish of your choice as needed.
