Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil, sauté vegetables and spices until onion begins to soften, about 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add tilapia and cook until flaky, about 5 minutes per side, adjust for size of fish.
Step 3
Add wine and lemon juice, scrape any brown bits and cook about 1 minute to blend flavors.
