Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef, add chopped onion, celery and green pepper.
Step 2
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Step 3
Remove excess grease.
Step 4
Add seasoning packet and stir.
Step 5
Pour in Tomato soup and milk stirring until blended.
Step 6
Add tomatoes and tomato juice.
Step 7
Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 15 - 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 8
Pour into bowls and add pasta.
Step 9
Top with grated cheddar cheese (optional).
Step 10
Serve with saltine crackers - don't forget the butter!
