Instructions
Step 1
blend the tomato juice, the vegetable bouillon, and the soy sauce until combined
Step 2
add the oil to a skillet
Step 3
add the onions, carrots, the Brazilian seasoning, bay leaf and the minced garlic
Step 4
saute for 2 minutes on medium heat
Step 5
add the soy protein
Step 6
stir for 1 minute then add half the tomato juice mixture, stir until almost dry
Step 7
add the black pepper, stir until combined
Step 8
add the remainder of the tomato juice mix and stir until the soy protein is soft.
Step 9
Add water to soften if required
