Ingredients

2 tblspcorn oil
1 lbstew beef
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
1 tspgarlic powder
1beef Bulion cube
¼ cupwater
3 tsprice flour

Instructions
Beef filling
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, add oil and spices on medium heat.
Step 2
Cut stew beef into 1/4 inch thin slices.
Step 3
Once the oil is hot, add beef to the pan. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Add one bulion cube to 1/4 cup water.

When all the beef has browned, add in water and stir. Let mixture come to a boil.

Once simmering, slowly add rice flour, one tsp at a time until the mixture begins to thicken.
Sauce
Step 7
Remove 1 cup of Greek yogurt into a small bowl.
Step 8
Finely chop garlic and add to the bowl.
Step 9
Finely cut 1/4 cucumber into thin, 2 inch long slices. Add into yogurt.

Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

Stir mixture until it becomes unified.
Toppings

Finely slice 1 cup of lettuce and set on a plate.
Step 13
Chop tomato into 1/4 inch cubes and plate with lettuce.
Step 14
Finely cut 1/4 cucumber into thin, 2 inch long slices. Plate with tomato and lettuce.
Step 15
Heat up Naan in the microwave for 15-30 seconds, or until warm.
