Instructions
Step 1
Whisk eggs and milk together. Add flour slowly while stirring. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Best to let it sit for 45-60 mins to let bubbles settle out and flour to absorb but you can cook right away. Heat flat griddle pan on medium heat...add butter so pancake won't stick. Add enough batter to just coat bottom of pan, swirling pan as you add batter. When batter is dry in middle and turning brown on edges, flip with long thin spatula. Cook to desired consistency.
