Instructions
Step 1
Cut breast into four thin pieces. Chip tomatoes, onion, herbs and spinach. Begin cooking pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Season breasts with seasonings and Italian dressing. Fry chicken breasts. Use additional oil, if needed. When done, remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3
Add butter to pan and saute onions until clear. Add pasta water and deglaze the pan.
Step 4
Add cooked pasta to pan. Stir thoroughly. Slice chicken breasts into large bite sized pieces. Add to pan.
Step 5
Add tomatoes and cook for a minute. Turn off heat under pan and add spinach and fresh herbs.
Step 6
Sprinkle servings with parmesan cheese, if desired.
