Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to packet instructions
Step 2
Fry onion, garlic, carrot and celery in a large pan until soft
Step 3
Add lentils, stock and boiling water, bring to boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. Then take pan off heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes
Step 4
Blend soup until smooth
Step 5
Put soup back in pan add cooked pasta and simmer for 5 minutes until hot
Step 6
Remove from heat and add natural yoghurt before serving
