Ingredients

Sweet & Sour Sauce:
Instructions
In a bowl:
Step 1
Put Cream Dory and 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce, Add Ground Black Pepper. Mix thoroughly & gently set a side
In Seperate Bowl:
Step 2
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Cornstarch
Add 1 Cup of cold water, Mix thoroughly to make batter
Step 3
Add the Batter to the slice Cream Dory
Procedure:
Step 4
Heat Oil (Dip Toothpick if it bubbles ready for frying), Fry the fish fillet until crispy golden brown. When fish fillet becomes crispy, Strain & and set aside
Step 5
Saute chopped onion high heat 10 seconds, Add chopped garlic & continue saute 10 seconds
Step 6
Add chopped red & green bell pepper saute for another 15 seconds
Step 7
Add Sweet & Sour Sauce:
1/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1/4 cup ketchup 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce,
Step 8
1.5 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Ground Black Pepper
Step 9
When sauce start to boil and thickens up a bit, add the fried fish fillet & mix thoroughly
Step 10
Since all the ingredients are already cooked you don't have to cook it longer too retain the crispiness of the fish fillet
Step 11
After 10 seconds of cooking, add sesame seeds (Optional)
