Instructions

Step 1
Brown meat and drain, or add to crockpot raw & just be sure to chop it up once in a while while cooking.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes (optional—I usually skip this step). Cook in crockpot for 3 hours on high or 6-8 on low.
Step 3
Serve with cilantro, cheese, sour cream, and chips.
