Instructions
Step 1
Cook meat, add diced onion and cook until meat is brown
Step 2
Drain meat and season with onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Step 3
Add rice mixture with seasoning mix, rotel and butter. Mix until butter is melted. Add beef broth and bring to boil then simmer covered for 15-20 mins.
Step 4
Remove from heat, add cheese and cover until cheese melts on top.
