Instructions

To make crispy salmon

Step 1
Rinse salmon fillet, pat dry and remove skin
Step 2
Cut into cubes and toss with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, cumin, chilli powder, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.

Air fry for 12 mins

To make coriander lime rice

Step 4
Cook jasmine rice
Step 5
Once cooked, squeeze half lime into the pot with a sprinkle of sea salt and 1/3 cup of chopped coriander.
