Instructions
To make crispy salmon
Step 1
Rinse salmon fillet, pat dry and remove skin

To make coriander lime rice

Cook jasmine rice

Once cooked, squeeze half lime into the pot with a sprinkle of sea salt and 1/3 cup of chopped coriander.
