Step 1
Blend 40g of oats
Step 2
Add the yogurt, eggs, vanilla flavouring, baking powder, and sweetener to the oats and whisk with an electric whisk until smooth
Step 3
Leave stand for 10 - 15 minutes
Step 4
Spray pan with frylight and wait until pan is hot before adding mixture
Step 5
When the mixture starts to bubble on one side - flip!
Step 6
Once all pancakes are cooked, microwave half a tbsp of biscoff spread for 30 seconds and drizzle over the top. Add a biscoff biscuit and fruit of your choice.
