My favourite chilli recipe. Broth is a little thin, but an amazing flavour and SO healthy! This is the mild variant; adjust hot pepper used to preference. Excellent with scotch bonnet for heat seekers!

Ingredients
4 servings
0.75 lblean ground beef
2 cupsdried kidney beans
3cloves garlic
1white onion
medium
4vine ripened tomatoes
1 cupcelery
1 cupwhite button mushrooms
0.5poblano pepper
3 cupsbeef bouillon
1 Tbspcayenne pepper
2 Tbspchilli powder
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbsppaprika
2 cupswater
2carrots
medium
1bell pepper
1 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbspcumin
Instructions
Step 1
In a pan heat mushrooms, garlic and onions to your preferred level of carmelization.
Step 2
Chop tomatoes into quarters.
Step 3
Heat cast iron skillet to high heat; add and lightly scorch tomatoes.
Step 4
Remove mushrooms and onions from original pan and replace with ground beef.
Step 5
Brown beef in pan.
Step 6
Chop all other ingredients to bite size pieces.
Step 7
Combine all ingredients into cooking pot.
Step 8
Bring to boil, then let simmer for 2 hours.
Step 9
Serve hot and enjoy!
