No Boil Lasagna

Beginner safe lasagna! No need to boil the noodles! This recipe makes 2 square bake dishes. Feel free to adjust for your own portions! Sorry for all the steps, whisk wouldn't let me edit this.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Brown Ground Beef and Ground Italian Sausage in a deep pan. Drain excess grease.
Step 3
Mix in Tomato Sauce to the meat.
Step 4
Add Italian Seasoning to personal taste. If desired add a pinch of Garlic Powder.
Step 5
Put a small layer of sauce mixture on the bottom of your greased glass bakeing dish.
Step 6
Then layer uncooked noodles in the dish.
Step 7
Layer cottage or ricotta cheese over noodles.
Step 8
Then sauce mix over that
Step 9
Then shredded mozzarella over that
Step 10
Repeat layers starting with the noodles.
Step 11
Cover with tin foil then bake for 30 min. Then uncover and continue to bake for 15 minutes. (For the 2 square bake dishes.)
Step 12
Lasagna is done when toothpick or fork can go threw without much resistance.
