✨TIP: you can also cook the sliders without the creamy lettuce mixture and tomatoes. Simply add those after cooking. It’s all on preference
Obsessed is an understatement. These Grinder Sliders are going to be on repeat for every holiday and family gathering. They are so darn easy, feed a crowd and are exploding with flavor.
Give these a try this 4th of July!
✨Grinder Sliders✨
1 24 pack Hawaiian Rolls
1 14 oz bag shredded lettuce
1/2 red onion sliced
1/3 cup pepperoncinis
1/2 cup Mayo
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon pepperoncini juice
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
12-14 slices Pepperonis
12-14 slices Salami
12-14 slices ham
12-14 slices Provolone
✨Garlic Butter✨
2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
✨Instructions✨
1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.In a medium bowl add in the mayo, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lettuce, pepperoncinis and juice, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and onion slices. Mix together until combined.
3.Cut rolls in half and lay down ham slices followed by salami slices and then the pepperoni slices.
4.Top with provolone and the bread top. Or you can add the creamy lettuce and tomato slices or add that after cooking. It’s all on preference.
5.In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and garlic and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning seasoning. Brush the top of the bread rolls with the butter mixture
6.Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 10-12 minutes or until tops is brown.
