Instructions
Step 1
1. Pour hot water over diced figs. Set aside.

2. Melt coconut oil until liquid but not hot

3. Mix oats, brown sugar, oil and maple syrup until oats are well coated

4. Drain soaking figs

5. Add remaining ingredients

6. Bake at 350, stirring every 15 mins until it’s golden. Usually 20-30 mins.

7. Let cool completely.

8. Bowl cooled granola in a bowl and top with frozen fruit and ice. Pour almond milk on top.
