Step 1
In a large bowl mix oat, chia seeds, raisin, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon together
Step 2
Heat up the pot add the mix oat into the pot then add milk
Step 3
Gently stir and slowly cook until the oat soften and well cook
Step 4
Add more milk if needed
Step 5
Spoon into a bowl then top with dice mango, dragon fruits and blueberry
Step 6
Add more milk and sprinkle on Omega Seeds Mix
