2 tablespoonsbaking powder
1 tablespoonsugar
2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
4 tablespoonssalted butter
12 slicesAmerican cheese
8 tablespoonssalted butter

2 tablespoonsmaple syrup
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, 2. In a large bowl , whisk 16 eggs, 1 cup of the milk, 1 teaspoon of the salt, and the pepper. 3. Pour into the sheet pan. 4. Bake until the eggs are completely set, 15 to 17 minutes. 5. Slice the eggs into 12 squares. After 5 minutes, peel the eggs squares off the parchment. Set aside. 6. In a skillet, fry the bacon and sausage until done. Remove from the pan and keep warm. 7. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. 8. In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining 3 cups milk, remaining 2 eggs, and the vanilla. 9. Stir the milk mixture into the flour mixture until halfway combined. Melt the 4 tablespoons butter and add it to the bowl. 10. Stir gently until incorporated, splashing in more milk if the batter is too thick. 11. Melt some butter on a griddle over medium-low heat. In batches, drop 2 tablespoons batter onto the griddle for each pancake. 12. Top 6 of the pancakes with cheese, a folded over square of egg, and a sausage patty. 17. Top anotherv6 pancakes the same way, except with bacon instead of sausage. 18. Pop on the lids, butter side down, and serve immediately
