20-Minute Creamy Artichoke & Spinach Macaroni & Cheese Recipe Will Blow Their Minds | Side Dishes | 30Seconds Food

We are big fans of artichoke and spinach. I was looking forward to this side dish. After 20 minutes of boiling the pasta in milk, it was still hard enough to make noise when stirred. I added a cup and a half of chicken broth to get the pasta to cook. I do not plan on using this recipe again.

It was good but it was mostly down to the cheese. I'm not sure it met my expectations on flavour with the artichoke.
