Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients in a gallon ziplock bag
Step 2
Shake tofu cubes in ziplock to coat
Step 3
Heat oil in large pan over med high heat
Step 4
Fry flipping every 90 seconds or so to get good crisp on each side of the tofu cubes
Step 5
Serve with ketchup or ketchup/mayo/Sriracha mixture
