Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes well, boil them in salted water, then peel them along with the eggs.
Step 2
We also clean the boiled eggs and then chop them in thin slices. Chop the onion and put it in a bowl together with 2 tablespoons of vinegar, half a teaspoon of salt and sugar. We mix well.
Step 3
We also chop green onions and bell peppers.
Step 4
Cut the potatoes into cubes and then put them on top of the onion.
Step 5
Add the peppers, green onion, finely chopped greens, olives, eggs, oil, apple cider vinegar and mix well.
Step 6
Refrigerate the salad for a few hours.
