Put potatoes and carrots into one pot with water (water should cover the vegetables) and cook until the vegetables become tender (just don’t overcook). Then remove the vegetables from the water and when they get cold – peel them. Chop the carrots into small cubes, potatoes into a bit bigger cubes.
Step 3
Dice the onion. Preheat a frying pan with a little bit of oil and fry onion until it soften. Leave it to completely cool down.
Step 4
In one bowl mix together potatoes, carrots, onion, mustard, beans, mushrooms (if larger mushrooms, then cut into smaller pieces). Sprinkle salad with olive oil, season with pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy!!
