Instructions
Step 1
Save the outer leaves when you are preparing Brussels sprouts.
Step 2
Place them on a baking tray that has been lightly sprayed with olive oil spray.
Step 3
Lightly spray them with olive oil spray.
Step 4
Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, nutritional yeast, and any additional spices you want. Toss to coat.
Step 5
Bake in 325F oven for 15 minutes. Take out and stir, return to oven and cook till crisp, about 10 more minutes.
Step 6
Try not to crunch them all down immediately. Remember, Kindergarten - share!
