Instructions

Step 1
In a food processor combine tahini and lemon juice and process for 1 minute, scrape the sides and bottom and process for 30 seconds more. Add olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, 1/2 tsp salt and process for 30 seconds, scrape the sides and process for 30 seconds more. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Add half of them in the food processor and process for 1 minute. Scrape the sides, add the remaining chickpeas and process 1-2 minutes. Add 2-3 tbsp of water to get the desired consistency. Serve with paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
