Step 1
Marinate 1/4 chix 1/4tsp s&p each 0.5tbs sesame oil and 0.5tbs cornflour

Soak 1tbs conpoy in warm water

Blanch meepok noodles
Step 4
Sauté ginger and conpoy till fragrant add a couple tubs of water to simmer conpoy in for a few mins add in chix toss well add 1-2 minced garlic and 1 chilli padi sliced cook till chix opaque add in meepok and 0.5tbs sweet dark vinegar 0.75tbs dark soy 0.5tsp sugar 0.25chix powder
