Step 1
Pre cook 250g rice and chicken
Step 2
Fry chorizo then put to side leaving oil in pan
Step 3
Fry onions in chorizo oil
Step 4
Add peppers 2 garlic cloves and 1 tbs of cajan spice
Step 5
Add the chicken, chicken stock tinned chopped tomatoes, prawns, peas and rice and leave to simmer
Step 6
After 20 minutes or when ready serve
