Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large bowl, add 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 minced garlic clove, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and some Dan-O’s original. Then whisk that all together.
Step 2
2. Next add in 2 heads of chopped romaine lettuce, half of a sliced red onion, 2 cups of halved grape tomatoes, then one sliced and halved cucumber. Toss that all together until coated in the dressing.
Step 3
3. When you serve, sprinkle on some more Dan-O’s original and top with crumbled feta cheese.
