Low sodium low carb Greek salad

Delicious fresh Greek salad! Low carb and low sodium due to the reduced salt feta. Croutons are optional. I made mine with no salt bread, no salt herb seasoning and olive oil.

Step 1
Wash the salad. Cut the cucumber into small chunks. Half the cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the onion.

Add the salad, onion, cucumber and tomatoes to a bowl. Drizzle over the olive oil and vinegar.
