Instructions

Step 1
Grill steak. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 2
Cook 2 Cups rice with 2.5 Cups water in Instapot. Cook for 15 minutes on manual with natural release.
Step 3
Cut sweet potatoes into 3/4" cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast sweet potatoes at 425 F for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 4
Assemble the bowl: Rice, mixed greens, steak, sweet potatoes, jalapenos, pickled onions, cucumbers and bone broth.
