Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 degrees

Line loaf tin with baking paper

Add dry ingredients to bowl
Step 4
Add wet ingredients (including banana) to a blender and blend
Step 5
Add blended wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix
Step 6
Optional step to add grated zucchini
Step 7
Add to lined loaf tin
Step 8
Add in walnuts and/or choc chips
Step 9
Bake for 25 minutes
Step 10
Slice and serve with butter
