Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.
Step 2
Blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
Step 3
Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a separate bowl. Whisk to combine
Step 4
Add cottage cheese mixture to dry ingredients and mix into shaggy dough with a knife.
Step 5
Turn out onto your bench and mix until a dough forms. Let rest, covered, for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Cut into 6 pieces and form balls. Put them on a lined baking tray, leave room between the rolls. Let them rest for 15-30 minutes.
Step 7
Put egg yolk on top of each bread roll. Then add any toppings you like or leave them plain
Step 8
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
Step 9
Leave to cool complete before consuming.
