Moong Dal
5 steps
Cook:20min
Dal is a staple meal in any Indian household. It is quick to make, full of flavours and comes in so many varieties. Moong dal has to be my favourite. This can be enjoyed with either steamed white rice or with wheat chapatis/rotis. Alternatively, you can add Garam masala OR mustard seeds and curry leaves to the dal to enhance the flavour.
