Tandoori Chicken Wrap
In a Bowl:
Add chicken cubed, low fat yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, chilli powder, and red food colouring, mix well. Add 1tbsp olive oil to pan and cook chicken on high for 10 minutes.
Mint sauce:
Into a blender Add 50g low fat yoghurt garlic paste lemon juice and coriander, blend until thick.
Assembly:
1 tortilla wrap, Add lettuce, chopped red onion, the chicken and top with mint sauce, fold and serve.
