Instructions
Step 1
Cut tofu into cubes and let sit in strainer to drain out water.
Dressing
Step 2
Mix sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar first to dissolve. Then add salad oil and sesame oil.
Step 3
Soak tofu cubes in dressing for a few hours or overnight. Drain dressing/water and add fresh dressing, green onion. Avocado cubes are a nice addition.
