Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot to a rolling boil and add a big pinch of salt. Add 4 servings of pasta. After pasta is done remove and drain.
Step 2
Pot goes back on burner over medium heat with 1 tsp oil. Add 4 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 cup diced yellow onion, 1-2 servings of Canadian bacon (3-6 slices cut up) and a handful of broccoli florets. For seasoning we add 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and a dash of paprika. Let this all cook while stirring for about 3-4 mins.
Step 3
Next we add 1.5 cup of milk (recommend almond fur for a fuller flavor use whole milk). Now add 4 oz of low fat cream cheese. Keeping it on a low simmer keep stirring until cream cheese is melted, then add 4 servings of low fat cheddar cheese and stir until velvety smooth.
Step 4
For added protein add 4 oz of cooked chicken tossed in buffalo sauce.
